Symantec Incentive Scheme
Deployment of incentive scheme for global software giant. CCS prepay has launched a program for the Asia Pacific division of Symantec, for the delivery of open loop branded incentive payment cards to resellers enrolled on their international partner network program. The program has been initiated for resellers within Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong and will expand extensively across the rest of Asia Pacific over the next six months. Symantec is the worlds largest anti virus software company and uses a trusted incentive scheme to expand its range of products through third party resellers and distribution channels. The re-loadable prepaid card issued to resellers is designed to allow a simplistic way for points to be redeemed for cash payout onto the cards. The resellers can then use their cards globally whether at ATMs, point of sale locations or on the internet. As a program manager, CCS Prepay will use its existing sub BIN arrangements to co-ordinate the settlement process, card distribution and fulfillment management with one of its trusted and global issuing bank partners. West African Bank Project
A unified and cost effective platform for Major West African Bank. After a joint presentation between CCS Prepay and its processing partner, Electra Card Services, the executive committee of one of Africa’s largest banking institutions Union bank of Nigeria gave approval of contractual agreements for the implementation of a new issuing payment platform. This initiative was a prelude to a significant marketing strategy to increase market share of the debit card space within the banks region. The new payment platform facilitates additional revenue growth through the deployment of an advanced transaction acquiring and switching EFT infrastructure as well as the provision of local currency debit cards which can be used both domestically and globally. CCS Prepay led by Mark McDonald, Managing Director and Jack Chang co-inventor of the ATM machine and CCS Advisory Business Development Director provided program management and marshalled adjunct resources whilst Electra Card Services provided processing services, payment system infrastructure and implementation resources. The Consortium obtained approval for the bank to become a principal member issuer of Visa International and an affiliate member of MasterCard International, providing the opportunity for its significant card issuing strategy to be finalised. European strategy management
Deployment of a European Disbursement Incentive Program. CCS prepay has been chosen by CiEvents to manage the disbursement process for their European incentive program. CiEvents is a fully owned division of Flight Centre Ltd Australia, one of the worlds largest travel groups who are listed on the Australian stock exchange. CiEvents procures contracts to run global customer club incentive programs for their corporate clients. The program is structured some what as a traditional customer club loyalty program where Business Partners are awarded points for selling products against which they can redeem for rewards. Since 1986, CiEvents has specialised in corporate event and conference planning, production and project event management, incentive program conception and loyalty marketing. The card program, set to launch in July 2008, will operate as an open loop gift card program, which will allow the prepaid cards to be issued across a range of international currencies, to suit the location of CiEvents business partners. IBM Reseller Scheme Growth
Significant growth of prepaid card program for IBM Reseller Cash Redemptions. Almost 24 months after the launch of the IBM Reseller Prepaid Card Cash Redemption program, CCS UK Ltd is pleased to announce that the program has grown from strength to strength with a significant rise in card issuance and loading activity over the course of the last six months. The card program was initially launched in October 2007 as global customer club incentive program structured as a traditional loyalty program where business partners of IBM are awarded points for selling products which they can redeem for rewards. A major segment of the resellers prefer to redeem their points for a cash reward which is then disbursed onto their prepaid card. The initial program launched in 2007 utilised a re-loadable card across four currency platforms (GBP, USD, EUR, AUD). In 2009 due to the demand for payouts across other global territories, the program has grown to incorporate prepaid cards that can also be issued in Swedish Krone and Canadian Dollars and the program now incorporates the addition of a gift card scheme where the card can be reloaded up to a maximum of three times. Launch of a Global Program for a UK Money Transfer Services Company. Meer Money Transfer, a UK Money Services Business licensed by HM Customs and Excise has contracted to CCS UK Ltd for the provision of a prepaid card program that will be extended to both its UK and international customer base.
